Out Of Stock Items / Back–Orders:
From time to time, products may be out of stock. Should this happen, we will be in contact immediately and notify you of this. You will be given the opportunity to cancel your order, choose an alternate product, or we can back–order your item. In the event that more than one item is ordered, the items in–stock will be dispatched to you, and the back–ordered item shipped once we have received it..
PLEASE NOTE :::We do not refund for such events but only offer EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT THAT IS IN STOCK OR A CREDIT NOTE...

Shipping :
Shipping within Australia takes up at most 3 to 5 days. We use Australia Post, it is beneficial to ask that the package be sent "Registered Mail" which covers insurance up to $100.00. However if you wish to insure the whole amount of your product, we need you to notify us of that so the additional charge is made.
Items are shipped out regular mail unless stated otherwise.
Insurance is recommended as Just Treasures cannot be liable for lost or damaged items via postal system. After payment has been recieved, your order will be process and goods posted out soon after.
NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS :: Shipping will be calculated upon checkout if there is more than 1 item purchased. Please note : At the moment each item is calculated and shipping is combined, however if more than 1 item is purchased, we will advise you of the correct shipping amount. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Just Treasures does not accept International Shipping at this stage. Shipping rates and only reflect with Australia only. -
Listing Errors?
We have over 600 items in our Store. Please be aware that it is very time consuming to list everything. We use Turbo Lister to list all of our items. Occasionally there are errors in the Description or Picture that we do not catch before it is posted. (we are human). If you are looking at the Picture and then read the Description and there is a question about either one, please eMail us. We are happy to answer your questions. Also, when someone brings it to our attention, it will help us correct the error.
GST:
All products include GST. And invoice will have the GST component.
Privacy:
Your privacy is important to us! We will only use the information that you provide to us for processing your order and helping your purchases arrive safely at their new home. We will NEVER supply your personal information to any third party, unless we are required to do so by court order.
Returns/Refunds/Exchanges:
All items are inspected before departing.
• We do not accept Returns/Refunds/Exchanges if a customer has just “changed their mind”
• We do not accept Returns/Refunds/Exchanges if Snowglobes/Item/s was damaged or lost through postal systems or transit. (It is wise to take out postal insurance) -Must take out full cover to insure the full value of the item.
• We do not accept Returns/Refunds/Exchanges if Air-bubbles occur during transporting of snowglobe or at a later date.
• We do not accept Returns/Refunds/Exchanges if the customer damages a snowglobe taking it out of foam.
You must call or send an email within 24 hours of receiving your merchandise.
Unauthorized returns, or failure to comply with our return instructions will not be accepted.
A restocking fee of 7.5% of the invoiced amount will also apply.
Postage/Shipping costs are not refundable.
You are responsible for the item until the item is back in our hands, so please insure it.
If goods purchase are of manufacturing fault, item has to be returned within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or credit note. Please keep proof receipt for verification.
NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES WILL BE MADE AFTER 7 DAYS OF INVOICE.
We will only accept refunds/exchanges if goods have a manufacturing problem such as cloudy snowglobe or if music does not play. 14 days from date of purchase to contact us in regards to this.
WE HAVE A 14 DAY WARRANTY ON ALL SNOWGLOBES FROM DATE OF INVOICE.
NO WARRANTY AFTER THAT DATE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
PROOF OF PURCHASE MUST BE SUPPLIED..
If item is broken in transit we DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS/EXCHANGES.. PLEASE ENSURE YOU INSURE YOUR ITEM WITH US THROUGH AUSTRALIA POST.
We do not accept refunds for change of mind for costumes. If incorrect size is bought, you can exchange it for another size or exchange for another item. All tags must be still attached for an exchange. We are not responsible for "postage" for returned goods.
Snowglobe Disclaimer:
Please note that changes in atmospheric conditions can cause the development of air bubbles. Air-bubbles can form during transit or in the future. They are not classified a defect & do not deprive the value of the product.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to read all company policies listed on this page prior to ordering and or returning merchandise.
